The core

The data model every other product builds on.

Data format

MedRecord.

A data-holding format for longitudinal medical data, held as a graph, built on GraphRecords. The structure follows the data, not the other way round.

Model: Entities and relationships instead of fixed tables.
Gaps: Missing periods stay missing rather than becoming null.

EHDS Tool.

The European Health Data Space (EHDS) governs the secondary use of health data. Our tool describes data catalogues, anonymises holdings and documents the processing.

Catalogue description: Holdings documented machine-readably, as the application process requires.
Anonymisation: Methods applied to longitudinal histories, not to individual columns.
Evidence: Every step logged and traceable back to the source.
